TERMS OF SERVICE

I. GENERAL TERMS- I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- Please provide visual references for your commission, whether it be the character you would like me to draw or the pose they will be in, even simple drawings will work as long as it gets the message across.

II. PAYMENT- Currency accepted in USD and PHP, to be paid via PayPal.
- Please pay the at least 50% upfront, and the other 50% once we settle on a sketch. You are also welcome to pay in full upfront ^^

III. PROCESS- I will notify you once I begin working on the commission, you will then lose all rights to a refund.
- You will be sent the sketch, lineart, base colors, and the final product in the case that any corrections would like to be made along the way.
- The progress images are not to be used in any way.
- Turnaround time may take 2-6 weeks depending on various factors such as complexity, order of commission, or personal matters that I must handle. I will let you know if there are any changes or delays.
- You will be sent the finished piece via email.
- I will post the commission with a bigger, harder to remove watermark that will contain your @ (i.e. "commission for @___"). Let me know if this is something you object to and I will refrain.

IV. REVISIONS- If you would like a revision there may be an additional charge.
- Additional charges will depend on the complexity of the revision and is a case-by-case situation.
- Minor revisions such as small color change (i.e. eye color change or anything similar) or addition of small accessories will not cost anything.
- Major revisions such as color changes on large portions of the art may cost extra.
- Additional fees will not apply if it was a misunderstanding on my part.

V. USAGE POLICY- I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing. The buyer does NOT obtain the rights, during the process or upon completion. I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself, display it, and post it wherever.
- By payment and collection of the commission, the client enters the agreement that this artwork may be used for personal use only.
- There shall not be any reproduction of this artwork for profit or mass distribution not agreed to by the artist (myself).
- Clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFTs or use it for any other purpose in relation to crypto.
- I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.The buyer is allowed to, with explicit credit:
- Use the commissioned piece for non-commercial personal use
Print the artwork and claim the character (if an OC) as their own, but not the artwork itself
- Use the artwork to promote themselves
- Use artwork on YouTube/Twitch/etc. channels as long as the artwork is not the main reason for their earnings (i.e. as a pfp, header, logo, etc.)The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially/making money off it in any way
- Claiming the artwork as your own
Removing my signature from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent

VI. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY- You will receive a full refund in the case that I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give PayPal our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. You will also be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

- If you’re not sure what something might cost you, feel free to contact me and we can talk about it together!
If the price I quote does not work for you and you can’t commission, please do not feel bad! There are no hard feelings if you ever need to back out.
